Description

Delicious pull apart bread stuffed full of mozzarella, pesto & feta.

Method

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 190ยฐC.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create a garlic oil.

  3. 3

Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1 cm thick.

  4. 4

Cut the dough into squares, approximately 5 cm each, using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.

  5. 5

In a separate bowl, combine the mozzarella and feta cheeses, mixing well to combine.

  6. 6

Take a square of dough, place a spoonful of pesto and a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center, then fold the dough over to seal it.

  7. 7

Repeat the filling process with the remaining squares of dough, placing them seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

  8. 8

Brush the top of the assembled bread with the garlic oil mixture, ensuring even coverage.

  9. 9

Cover the dish with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until slightly puffed up.

  10. 10

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  11. 11

Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then pull apart and serve warm.
