1. Place iceberg lettuce on the medium plate.
2. Arrange the slices of tomatoes & Mozzarella cheese layers.
3. Add basil leaves on top and drizzle with virgin olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with pink himalayan salt and freshly milled black pepper.
