This is a favourite of mine, being a dairy free girl means that often choco stuff just isnt suitable for me, but this works perfectly and really floats my boat

Mix the soya drink and cuisine, chocolate and coconut milk

steam on 100 deg for 2 mins, or simmer on a high heat, stirring constantly
3)remove from heat and whisk vigorously before refrigerating -

serve cold covered with mint and coconut and berries
