Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

For the base mix together the flour, coconut, butter, cherries, sugar and 2 tbsp coco powder. press into a baking tin and oven for 10 mins.

Meanwhile if wanted a topping can be made by mixing the icing and 1 tsp coco powder, gradually adding water until it forms a thick icing.

Apply icing once cooled and serve.
