Description
Created by myself and my dear friend Tyome. Its great with just little butter or mild cheese. Packed full of flavour and great variety from normal bread.
Method

in a large bowl, mix together water, milk, yeast, oil, sugar and salt.

add the bread flour and fold together until a thick dough is formed.

Knead the dough for atleast 3 minutes and shape into a ball.
4)gently rub the dough ball with olive oil.
5)cover with cling film and leave to rise for 45 mins and turn on oven to 175 deg C/350 deg F/ Gas Mark 4. -

Meanwhile put the chorizo, onion, herbs and courgette into a blender and blend to a slightly chunky paste.

Remove the dough from the size and roll it out into a square around 1cm thick.

spread the chorizo mix across the dough leaving a small gap down 1 side about 1cm wide.

Crease the plain strip and dab with milk.

roll the bread like a swiss roll and use the milked strip to stop it unrolling.

Place in the middle shelf of the oven for 30 mins.

remove from oven and pour over a thin layer of honey then sprinkle the cheese and oats on before putting back in the oven for 15 to 20 mins until golden brown.

remove from oven and leave to cool slightly before serving.
