Description
loosely based on wonton soup. I was feeling experimental and craving soup.
Method

Blend the onion into a paste and mix in the meat,1 egg and parsley.

mould into small meatballs and lightly fry just till they have some colour.

remove from heat and put meatballs on a peice of kitchen paper to absorb loose liquid.

Put the flour in a bowl, make a well and fold the egg in and add around 25ml water to make a soft dough (this is the pasta).

Roll out into around 0.5cm thick and slice into short tagiattelli shapes.

In a sauce pan mix the stock, mushrooms, meat balls, brown sauce and ginger and cook on a medium heat for 5 mins.

add the pasta, soy sauce and spring onions and cook for a further 3 mins.

serve immediately, good with some fresh parsley garnish or prawn crackers.
