1. Pan-fry the meatballs and garlic for 2 minutes.
2. Pour in tomato sauce and bring to the boil.
3. Stir in the pre-cooked pasta.
4. Add a spoonful of pesto.
5. Serve with crusty bread.
I made this for 6 people so I had to double everything up. I forgot to double up the tomato pasta source though but made it up with some passatta that I found in the cupboard. It was a great success. Everyone loved it. It is tasty, filling and very easy to make. I now realise that Scan meatballs are Scandinavian meatballs :-)
