Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 5 large eggs until they are well beaten and fluffy.

Fold in the finely chopped herbs: 1 cup parsley, 1 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup dill, and 1/2 cup chives, mixing until evenly distributed.

Add in 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese and 2 tbsp olive oil for richness, then season with a pinch of turmeric and a dash of paprika.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, and pour in the mixture, cooking for about 5 minutes until the edges begin to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the center is set and the frittata is slightly golden on top.
