- 110g Olives. green. pitted
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- ½ cup onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove. crushed
- dash salt

Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blitz until the consistency required. Serve as a dip with the usual accompaniments.
