Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose

This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

Description

Wow, how quick is this!!! Something you can prepare in a few minutes, but still get the wow factor!

Method

  1. 1

    1. Sprinkle the 5 spice powder over the gammon steaks. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and cook over a high heat for 2 minutes until the edges are tinged brown.
    2. Add the chilli, orange zest and juice, honey and soy sauce and simmer rapidly until the sauce is sticky and the gammon isglazed and golden with almost burnt edges. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tips

Serve with rice and any vegetable you fancy, although some quicky stir fried cabbage and carrots goes well. Mmmmmmmm!!
