- 75ml double cream
- 50g pistachios

Melt chocolate and cream in a bowl over a pan of water.
Stir in the pistachios & cranberries.
Spoon the mixture into a lined container so mixture is approx. 5mm thick.
Put into fridge to set.
Once set use a cutter of your choice to stamp out shapes.
