Ingredients

2 x 180g cooked smoked mackerel fillets. flesh flaked
70g ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. Horseradish. freshly grated
80ml sour cream
½ lemon. juice only.
freshly grated nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste

Accompaniment

Method

Blend the mackerel, ricotta, horseradish and sour cream in a food processor. Add the lemon juice and season to taste with nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Transfer to a dish and chill in a fridge for an hour.
