- 200g self raising flower
- 75g margarine. softened
- 1 egg
- 3 or more table spoons of milk
- 12 cake cases

1. put the flour and margarine in to a bowl and cut them up with a metal knife.
2. rub the margarine into the flour this is called the rubbing method you should get a bread crumb mix .
3. tip the egg and milk into the rubbed in mix and mix it all together
4. put the mix into the 12 cake cases then bake for at least 20 mins at gas mark 6 or 200*C
