Ingredients
- 2 x185g cans tuna in springwater
- about 1 cup frozen peas
- about 1 cup frozen sweetcorn
- 1 pineapple chunks in juice (canned)
- 1 tbspn butter
- 1.5 cups milk
- cornflour blended with a little cold water
- 2 cups cooked Pasta (fusilli or Penne is best)
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese . grated
- breadcrumbs to cover top
- Cheddar Cheese . grated for top

Melt the butter in a large frypan, add milk.
Drain pineapple and tuna, you may want to mash the tuna up a bit so it isnt too chunky. Add to milk mix.
Add peas and corn. Add cheese to this mix - as much or little as you want. Add drained cooked pasta. Mix well.
When cheese is melted, make up a cornflour paste and add to thicken to desired consistency. Transfer to a casserole dish, cover with breadcrumbs and more grated cheese. Bake in moderate oven til cheese is golden. Serve and enjoy.
I dont really use very accurate measurements for this, so add as little or as much of the peas and corn as you fancy!
