- 200g rice
- 200g pork fillets
- small Red Onion
- 1 red pepper
- thumbsized piece ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- ยฝ red chilli
- small bunch Coriander
- Groundnut Oil
- 1 heaped tsp five spice
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 227g tin pineapple chunks
- 2tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 little gem lettuce
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds

Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.

1. Cook rice, drain and put back in pan covered to keep warm.
2. Half pork fillet and cut into 2cm cubes. Peel and half red onion and dice into 2cm cubes. Half pepper and cut into 2cm cubes. Peel and finely slice ginger and garlic. Finely slice chilli. Pick coriander leaves and leave to one side, finely chop stalks.
3. Heat wok and once very hot add lug groundnut oil. Add pork and five spice and cook for few mins then transfer to bowl. Wipe down wok then add 2 lugs groundnut oil and all chopped ingredients. Toss for 2 mins. Stir in cornflour and 2 tbsp soy sauce. Cook for 40 secs then add pineapple chunks with their juice along with pork and balsamic vinegar. Season with black pepper. Reduce sauce to gravy like consistency and make sure pork cooked. Serve over lettuce leaves and rice with sesame seed and coriander leaves sprinkled on top.
