- a few (enough to fill ramekin) cooked king prawns
- single cream
- grated garlic. we us the little micro plane grater
- pinch of paprika
- finely chopped spring oinions (sybes)
- Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
- grated Parmesan cheese
- olive oil to fry

Heat the oil on low and add the spring onion for few minutes, then add the garlic and fry briefly. Remove from heat and add the prawns to pan, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Place mixture in ramekin. Pour cream onto mixture until 3/4 way up ramekin. Mix the parmesan and paprika with the breadcrumbs, top the mixture with breadcrumbs and bake for 15-20 mins until breadcrumbs are golden.
You can also use hot smoked salmon instead of prawns.
