Boil the tins of condensed milk in a pan of boiling water for 4 hours. Remember to keep topping up with more boiled water.
DO NOT PIERCE THE TINS
leave to cool before opening (this can be done days before & the tins stored in the fridge)
crush the bicuits, & peel the bananas.
start to layer the dessert, begin with half the biscuits, then 2 sliced bananas, then one of the tins of condensed milk.
reapeat this again, finishing with a lyer of caramised condensed milk.
whisk the double cream until it forms soft peaks and top the dessert.
decorate with grated chocolate, and cover and refidgerate until needed.
this should serve 10 as it is very sweet & filling so people don't eat too much, but may want seconds!!!
