1 Onion finely chopped
250gms Cottage Cheese - Plain
3 Eggs. beaten
Pinch mixed herbs
¼ tsp black pepper

In a bowl mash the corned beef, mix in the onion and pepper. Line a pie dish with corned beef mixture and press into base and sides to form a lining. Mix the eggs, herbs and cottage cheese together and pour into dish. Bake at Gas 5/375F/190C(170 Fan) until eggs are set, approx 20-30mins.
