put the pasta on to cook in salted water,after the paste has been cooking for 4 minutes put ona frying pan to heat up, add 2 tbsp of olive oil, add the garlic, onion , peppers,tomatoes and ground pepper to taste, cook until softened, add the pancetta 2 mins before the pasta is ready and cook until ready , drain the linguini and add it to the sauce, coat the linguini thoroughly and serve with a little chopped parsley
