- 8oz Good Chocolate - dark white or milk
- 12 Strawberries
- 2 teaspoons unsalted butter

1.Melt chocolate over a bain marie. Add the butter and mix through.
2.Dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate until three quarters covered.
3.Put berries on a sheet of waxed paper to cool.
4. Let set until chocolate hardens. You can hasten the process by placing them in the frige for a few minutes.
