Peel potatoes, chop up & place in a sauce pan of water.
Add the sliced onion & boil for approx 15-20 mins until soft.
Drain & add corned beef - mash together.
Place in a heat proof dish & top with grated cheese
Place in pre-heated oven (180 degrees C - fan oven)
Heat for approx 10 mins until cheese melted & brown.
Serve with Veg
