Now that summer is here, try this Spanish, fresh salad - it goes with almost anything, fish or meat or on its own (but you must love garlic !)

Finely slice the tomato's ( as many as you feel you need), lay them on a plate, overlapping, sprinkle with a good pinch or two of salt, and then sprinkle liberally with the olive oil and garlic, serve as a side dish or as a salad with crusty bread
