- 4oz Butter
- 2oz caster sugar
- 4oz plain flour
- 2oz ground rice / almonds

Really easy shortbread recipe that is the best recipe for shortnread I have tasted!
Method

1. Cream butter and add caster sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
2. Stir in the flour and ground rice / almonds.
3. Knead to form a dough
4. Wrap in clingfilm and put in the fridge for 20 mins.
5. Roll out on floured surfice and cut into shapes.
6. Cook in a hot oven 180C for 10 mins
