Bit of a mash-up version of an Eton mess

Filling, tasty and healthy! Bit of a twist on a classic

Fab comfort food, great lunch for the day after too :-)

Looks yummy, is easy and still tastes great for lunch the next day, can be eaten hot or cold.

Yummy comfort food, for when you have friends over, have made this recipe with Quorn mince, but beef works brilliantly

This recipe is incredibly indulgent, but very simple to put together.
