Break up the muffins into large chunks (or you could slice them) and place evenly over the base of your dish.
Cover with the raspberry conserve, and put on one side.
Break up the chocolate and melt in a bain marie (bowl over a saucepan of boiling water) let cool for 2 minutes.
Chop strawberries and place on top of muffins & jam in dish.
Once melted chocolate has cooled slightly blend together with the marscapone and custard, and pour over the muffin, jam and strawberries in your dish.
Finishing touches now! - whip the double cream and spread over the top, then chop any strawberries you have left and arrange as you fancy, and grate some chocolate over the top.
Pop in the fridge while you eat your main course and you're done!
