This twist on a hangover classic is served with brunch at celebrity favourite hangout Raoul's, in Notting Hill.

Pour the Bloody Mary mix and the vodka into a tall glass over ice.
Squeeze the orange over the tomato juice mixture - don't stir at this stage, or you'll lose the sunset effect.
Serve with a quail's egg and celery salt to dip it in.
