Smoked Salmon Pasta

A simple and delicious weekday dinner for four that can be rustled up in no time.


Cook 350g linguine according to packet instructions. Meanwhile, melt a little butter in a pan and cook 2 peeled and sliced garlic cloves until softened.
Add 300ml crème fraîche, zest of 1 lemon and 25g grated Parmesan.
Cook for 1 min and remove from the heat. Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce, adding 250g chopped smoked salmon. Divide between bowls and garnish with chives.
