Lamb Tikka Masala

A tasty lamb and vegetable creamy curry.

   The way I do this make a double batch of my veg curry (see above link) and freeze half until needed.
   
   Prep:
   
   Chop lamb into bite size chunks.
   Defrost veg curry
   
   
   Cooking:
   
   Heat a large non stick pan and fry lamb on a high heat to seal.
   
   Add vegetable curry and bring to boil reduce heat and simmer for approx 30 mins until veg and lamb are fully cooked.
   
   Stir in cream and heat through.
   
   Serve immediately with rice and/or Naan Bread
