- 1Β½ pinches black pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoons liquid margarine, Becel
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1Β½ tbsp veal broth, liquid concentrated
- 1 cup Becel Food 15%
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper, ground

Swedish tasty meatballs - real authentic Sweedish recipe

1. Soft Fry the onion in 1 tablespoon liquid Becel.
2. Mix bread crumbs, potato flour, and water in a large bowl and let soak about 10 minutes.
3. Add the mince and salt into mixture and mix well.
4. Stir in egg, white pepper and onion. Mix well.
5. Shape the ground meat into walnut-sized meatballs on a damp cutting board.
6. Fry the meatballs in the rest of the liquid Becel over medium heat.
Fore the Cream Sauce:
1. Melt Liquid Flora slowly in a heavy saucepan.
2. Whisk in flour and let it froth up on the bottom without coloring it.
3. Remove the pan from the heat so that it may cool slightly, then whisk the milk and broth all at once.
4. Allow the sauce to the boil for 3-5 minutes.
5. Add Flora Food and let the sauce boil.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve sauce with meatballs.
