- 1.5 pints Vegetable or beef stock
- 1 small clove Garlic
- 2 strips Orange Peel
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Basil Leaves is possible

Combine all soup ingredients except parsley and basil in a pan and cook for 30 minutes. Stir in basil and parsley just before serving. Goes well with kneidlach or dumplings
