- 2 tblsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tblsp pure Maple Syrup
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper

Mix together in a jar or for a creamer dressing, use your blender. This dressing is particularly good on tossed green salads with sliced strawberries and browned slivered almonds.
