Ingredients
- 250g Beef Mince
- 1 large tin of tomatoes
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 1 glass red wine
- 1 beef stock cube
- 2-4 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1 small tin mushrooms
- 2 teaspoon worchestire sauce
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
- handful pancetta
- oilve oil
- salt and pepper
- tablespoon oregano
- handful chorizo (chopped)

A firm structure, underlying fresh cherry fruits, soft tannins and lasting finish.

In a pan fry the onions, garlic and peppers in the olive oil until they soften.
Add the mince fry until brown and then add the pancetta and chorizo and fry for a further 2 minutues.
Add the worchestire sauce.
Gradually pour in the red wine and crumble in the beef stock cube and simmer.
add the mushrooms and the tin of tomatoes
next season with salt and pepper and add the oregano and simmer for an hour until thickens.
whilst this simmers boil up some spaghetti in a sauce pan with boiling water with a pinch of salt until aldente.
serve with grated cheese on top and crusty bread
Chef's Tips
pour some good olive oil on the spaghetti once you have drained it, it stops it sticking and gives a luvley flavour.
