- 2 onions chopped
- 1 clove garlic crushed and chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 500g lean beef mince
- 1 beef stock cube crushed
- i tin chopped tomatoes and herbs
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 300ml beef stock
- dash worcestershire sauce
- 1 small tin sweetcorn
- mushrooms chopped

1. Fry onion, garlic and carrot for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add mince sprinkle with crushed stock cube and brown for 3-5 minutes (or until cooked)
3. stir in all other ingredients season to taste
4. cover and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
serve with your choice of pasta and garlic bread
