Aromatic Jeera Aloo, roast potato with a touch of India. Fluffy and Crispy with a light flavour

Parboil pealed potato, fluff them up by tumbling them in a roasting try with a little olive oil and a few knobs of butter and half a pot of Bipins Jeera Masala. Alternatively use ground cumin with a little bit of salt, crushed garlic and a pinch of turmeric. Roast at 190-200C for 30 minutes. Garnish with a few leaves of coriander. Job done!
