- 1White of Large Egg
- 25g Soft Butter
- A little Iced Water
- As Above MINUS THE NUTS
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube Crumbled

These are a tasty 'light bite' extention to add to the nibbles over the festive season.
Method

The Cashew Sticks..... Rub together the Flour and Butter stir in the Egg White to make a stiff dough Add a little Iced Water if need be.
Crush and blend the nuts into the dough Knead and roll out to 4mm thick. Cut into 4mm x 125mm sticks (Approx) Placed on a baking tray bake for about 15 mins at 180c should make over 25 Cashew Sticks
Savoury Sticks... Proceed as for the 'Cashew Sticks' recipe (without the nuts) Just add the finely crumbled Stock Cube to the flour firs.t
