- 50g Oatmeal
- 150g Raspberries
- 4 tbsp. Malt whisky
- 4 tbsp. runny Scottish honey
- 500 ml Double cream

1. Place the oatmeal onto a baking tray and toast under the grill until they become golden brown.
2. Blend 50g of the raspberries in the liquidiser until they become smooth.
3. Whip the double cream until a stiff mixture forms
4. Stir in the honey and the whisky and mix well.
5. Fold in 50g of the toasted oatmeal then fold in 50g of the raspberry puree. A rippled effect should be achieved.
6. Spoon the mixture into tall glasses. Gently scatter the remaining oatmeal and raspberries on the top of each dish.
