Ingredients
- 1 - 1.5kg Organic new potatoes
- 1Β½ teaspoons Ground cumin
- Β½ - 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 2 large Crushed garlic cloves
- up to 2 teaspoons Salt flakes
- ΒΌ teaspoon or more Chilli flakes
- Β½ teaspoon Ground garam masala
- bunch Fresh chopped coriander
- 2 β 3 tablespoons Olive oil (not virgin)
- medium / large Fresh lemon juice

This is my own recipe for fun finger food.

NB Quantities of ingredients vary according to taste and how many potatoes you use
1. Cut potatoes into wedge shapes β do not peel β and boil until cooked
2. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients
3. Add oil and lemon juice β stir thoroughly
4. Add crushed garlic β stir in thoroughly
5. Leave mixture on side for 10 minutes or so
6. Add potatoes to mixture β coat well β leave to stand for anything up to several hours (can be as little as 30 minutes)
7. Add coriander β mix thoroughly
8. Empty potatoes with mixture out onto baking tray and bake in fan oven at 200C until golden brown and crispy (approx. 20 β 30 minutes)
Eat hot and enjoy!
