Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C or equivalent.
Slice the potatoes into wedges - keep the skin on - and parboil for 8 - 10 mins or until just softened on the outside. Drain well.
Meanwhile mix the oil, spices and garlic together in a roasting tin.
Add the hot potatoes and shake well or turn to coat thoroughly with the oil/spice mix.
Roast for 20 mins until golden.
