2 Oranges
1 cup Red Seedless grapes
1 Red onion sliced
6 Cherry tomatoes halved

1 tbsp Chopped mint leaves
to taste Sugar

Description

This is a very yummy salad and unique too. I think everyone should try it once and I am sure you will love it as I do.

Method

1
Peel orange and remove pith, Cut into thin slices, boil for few minutes and drain.
Mix together all ingredients for dressing.
Mix together all ingredients of salad.
Toss salad with dressing just before serving.
