Ingredients
- Β½teaspoon minced garlic or 1 large clove diced
- 2 table spoons tomatoe puree
- 1 to Β½ teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 packet about 2 large handfulls peeled cooked prawns
- 1 packet spaggetti
- large pinch of salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- enough water to cover spaggetti in the saucepan
- large handfull fresh baby spinach leaves
- 4 chopped spring onions

This is one of my own recipes that is easy make and great as a quick weekend lunch or even if you want to impress dinner guests on little time and even less money.

place spaggetti in a pan of water with a pinch of salt and simmer for 20mins or until soft.in another pan heat olive oil on a medium heat add garlic and chili and when spaggetti is almost ready add prawns and spring onions to pan and cook for 3 to 4 mins.when the spaggetti is soft drain and then add to the pan with the prawns and chili.add the tomatoe puree and mix until the spaggetti is well coated with the chili oil and tomatoe.add the spinach and cook long enough to wilt, this should only take a minute or two. serve asap and enjoy.and only two pans to clean.;-)
