1. Simply order two lamb steaks from your local butchers shop ask him nicely if he would put some mint powder into the bag with them.
2. Wrap them in tin foil and put in the oven for 45 mins.Oven should be at 200 or gas mark 6

This is best served with creamy mash potatos and garden peas.
