Fried Turkey steaks covered in Sage&Onion stuffing crumbs. Please try it, its delicious.

Method

    1. Empty the sachet of stuffing crumbs in a shallow plate.
    2. Wash the turkey steaks and one by one put in the stuffing crumbs.
    3. Ensure the whole steak is covered with crumbs.
    4. In a large frying pan with a lid, fry off the turkey steaks on medium heat, turning often, but carefully as the stuffing crumbs are burning quickly. Fry off both sides until golden.
    5. Reduce heat, add a bit off water to get some steam going, put the lid tightly on and let cook for further 15 minutes.

Tip1.
Carefully turn those steaks as the stuffing falls off otherwise.
Tip2.
Please feel free to use egg wash before putting the steaks in the stuffing crumbs, it will stick better.
Tip3.
Please try it with also with pork loins.
