- 1 tin sweetcorn
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. milk
- to taste salt and pepper

1. Open the tin of sweetcorn and pour into a saucepan.
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the milk and salt and pepper to taste.
3. Turn the ring on low.
4. Heat the sweetcorn on the ring.
5. Add the butter to the sweetcorn and stir until the butter melts.
6. Add the beaten eggs and milk to the sweetcorn and stir until the mixture becomes thick.
