Description
I love this recipe.. It's so yummy and it's lovely with a nice salad at the side.

1. First of all, I beat the eggs up into a bowl, put some flour on a plate and also some breadcrumbs.
2. Make sure the chicken breasts are free from skin and no fatty bits and cover with the flour.
3. Dip the floured chicken into the eggs and then into the breadcrumbs so that it is completely covered, generously.
4. Place the crumbed chicken onto a baking tray and place them in the centre of the oven at 200Β°C for about 30 mins or until golden brown and clear juices.
5. Whilst the chicken is cooking, Make the sauce which baiscally is sooooo simple! Just finely chop some fresh basil together with some finely chopped garlic and mix together with the chopped tomatoes and olive oil. I tend to heat it up a little and it thickens up slightly.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the oven place on the plate, sprinkle some cheese over them and pour som sauce over the top.
DONE!
For an easier option too... Just use some tomato and basil pasta sauce as sauce.. Just works the same ,)
