Nederburg Cabernet Sauvignon Rose
This beautiful rose wine is made entirely from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, fruit driven, refreshing with abundance of berry flavours and a pleasant long finish.
Description
I like this recipe as itt can be used for many different things and it was one of the first things i cooked growing up.

1.Cut the top of the peppers and scoop out the seeds, make sure to keep the top of the pepper as this will form the lid later.
2.Chop all of the vegetables into 1cm pieces and place in the bowl.
3.Put the sultanas into the bowl and mix with the vegetables.
4.Add a small splash of good oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.
5.Fill the prepared peppers with the vegetable mixture and place the lids back on the peppers.
6.Wrap the filled peppers tightly in tin foil.
7.Place the wrapped peppers on the baking tray.
8.Bake the peppers at 150C for around 45 minutes or a little more or less, depending on how you desire the vegetables to be cooked.
Chef's Tips
Make sure to cut the veg the same size so that it all cooks through evenly.
