Description

I love this recipe because it is the easiest thing in the world to cook really is bursting with flavour. I am sure there are millions of variations but this is mine and I like it!

Method

  1. 1

    1. Chop the Chorizo into small chunks and finely chop the garlic and Chilli (optional gives it a kick). Start a large pan of boiling water with a touch of salt.

    2. Heat a large frying pan under a medium heat and add the oil, when warm add garlic, chilli and Chorizo until browned. Add the tin of chopped tomatoes and turn the heat down to a gentle simmer.

    3. When the pan of water is boiling add the spaghetti and stir, cook until the pasta is al dente, drain and add to the frying pan. Stir in the sauce and cover for a minute, stir again and serve!

this recipe is based on 2 servings ( but I like big portions!!!!!)

Chef's Tips
