Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Red Chilli. deseeded and finely sliced
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 8 Spring onions
- 1 Onion
- 1 Glass Dry White Wine
- 400g Prawns
- 300g Sunblush tomatoes
- Bag of Rocket
- Some Parmesan
- 300g Spaghetti
- Few Tbsps Creme Fraiche

Description
This is a Nigella recipe slightly adapted by mum.
Method

1. Once chopped up, fry off the chilli, garlic, chili flakes and onion for a few minutes in some olive oil. Chop up spring onion as well
2. Start boiling the spaghetti in some salted water
3. Add the white wine to the pan
4. After a couple of minute, place in the spring onions, prawns and tomatoes.
5. After another couple of minutes, season and add rocket
6. Cook it for 5-10 mins or so, then add a bit of creme fraiche.
7. Then when spaghetti is still a little bit firm, drain and add to the frying pan with all the other stuff. Retain a bit of the pasta water to put in the mixture if it needs some liquid.
8. Add Parmesan to the mixture, and have some on the table
