- 260g Butter
- 37g (1 ½ desert spoons) golden syrup
- 190g light brown sugar
- 325g Porridge oats
- 75g desiccated coconut

1) Melt the butter & Syrup together in a pan
2) Remove from the heat and stir in all the remaining ingredients.
3) Grease an oven-proof baking tin
4) Bake in a PRE-HEATED oven - gas mark 4/180 degree C.
5) Bake for 15 minutes then allow to cool before slicing.
