Preheat an oven to 200 degrees, place a drop of oil in each hole of a muffin tray and then place in the oven until smoking hot.
Whilst the oil is heating up, place all the other ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until all combined. Pour an equal amount of batter into each hole of the muffin tray and then place back in the oven. Do not open the oven until the Yorkshire puddings have fully risen and golden.
Enjoy with lots of gravy.
Chef's Tips
You can add whatever dried herb you like, I find sage goes with most roasts. You can use this recipe for a large Yorkshire pudding or to be used in a toad in the hole. Two things I must stress is that before you put the batter mix in the oven, the oven needs to be smoking hot and when you put them in do not open the oven until they are done.
