- 2 Chicken Stock cubes
- 100 grams moscavado sugar
- 2 tbl sea salt
- 2 tbl Herbs de provence

Coarsely chop onion and add to slow cooker, add beef, seasoning, salt, red wine, sugar. Dissolve stock cube in to litre of warm water, add to slow cooker, add enough water to ensure beef is 2/3 of the way covered. Cook on low for 6 hours!
After, remove beef and allow to cool for 5 minutes, take liquid add to blender and blend ingredients together with a small amount of corn flour to thicken. Use as gravy!!
